Terms & conditions
ORDER INFORMATION
You order by sending a message through the order form located under the product information for each item. We will get back to you with a confirmation and/or additional questions within 24hrs.
Shipping is not included in the price of the original artworks.
ORIGINAL ARTWORKS
All artworks are painted or illustrated by Lina Berlin. Note that some originals will also be sold as fine art prints. A note with authenticity comes with each original painting. All reproduction and copyright is owned by Lina Berlin.
PAYMENT
All products are priced in Swedish krona. For international payments we use PayPal, and for domestic we use Swish or bank transfer.
SHIPPING
We offer world wide shipping to your home/office adress. The price for shipping original artwork is usually between €100-400 but varies depending on size of the artwork/painting and country and state you live in. If you wish to know the exact price for shipping, please contact us at calinadesign@gmail.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
All original artworks are carefully wrapped and packaged and you will also receive a tracking number. Prints will be shipped unframed in a paper tube.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Buying art online is about trust. You might doubt investing in my art without having seen my paintings in real life. I'm putting hard work in making the images look as the original work and can send you additional videos/images if you wish. If you wish to return a product you can contact us within 14 days of receiving your art. Please note that we do not pay for any additional fees (such as packaging materials and shipping costs etc) and that you are responsible for delivering the package back to us in a secure way. As soon as we have cleared that the product/products are in perfect condition we will transfer your money back as soon as possible.
If your product/products appears to be broken or damaged in any way upon arrival and you wish to make a complaint, contact us as soon as possible with details, pictures and any additional information that we might need and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
It is very important for us that you feel completely safe when purchasing products or contacting us. Therefore we handle all sensitive information, such as personal information etc, according to current GDPR regulations.
Please note that colors, shades and textures might appear different in photos than in real life. We try to show our artwork as true to the originals as possible, but depending on what contrast, color settings and brightness you may have on your screen, the images can vary from the original painting. If you wish to see more photos of a particular painting or if you have any questions, please contact us at calinadesign@gmail.com and we will help you in any way that we can.
We reserve us the right to change the contents of terms and conditions and any typos that might occur on this website. All prices and availability will be updated regularly but stock/supply might not always be correct.
